PINAR ÇELİK started its commercial carrier in 1974 at the sub-district Yenişehir in Bursa with the hot and cold metal Works. By buying on 1980 the factory of tomatoes sauce of UNILEVER found at Yenişehir, it has realised there the production of steel construction and machines. Until 1985, it has continued its commercial carrier with the machine and inoxydability commitment.
By founding its first steps in the growing and the institution on 1990 it became an anonym company. It complied an important commitment during the construction of the tea factory of LIPTON found at Rize/Ardeşen and has realised the whole construction of the factory; it has continued to sign important projects in the sector.
Between the years 1990 and 1995, it has realised the production of cylinder and pulling door lock. From nowadays it has defined its place in the sector of Metal – Profile and Sheet.
On 2003, by founding PINAR AĞIR HADDECİLİK İNŞ. SAN. TİC. A.Ş. whose main office is at Bursa and has an area of 15000 m2, PINAR ÇELİK A.Ş has taken a run up in its foundation. Following its investment works in the sector of heavy industry containing the unrolling of the rolls, optical cutting, the production of pipe profile, it also continues to other projects in its commercial carrier with resolution and firmness.
